Rancho Madrina is one of the newer communities in San Juan Capistrano. These single-family detached homes reflect Spanish, and Mediterranean style architecture. You will find some of the most expensive real estate in this entire area.
Rancho Madrina was built between 2005, and 2007 by William Lyon Homes. There are 120 one and two story ranch homes in this neighborhood. The Floralisa neighborhood features four floor plans with up to five bedrooms, five and a half baths, interior courtyards, and spiral staircases. These homes range in living space from 3,360 to 4,400 square feet.
The Estrella Rosa neighborhood offers three floor plans with four to five bedrooms, four to five and a half baths, and outdoor entertaining spaces. These homes go up to 5,500 square feet of living space. Both communities are known for quality craftsmanship and custom detailing. This private gated community is just south of the Marbella Country Club. Homeowners enjoy membership there. The club offers a championship course, fitness center, tennis courts, and swimming pool.

Public education is offered by the Capistrano Unified School District. There are also more than 90 colleges in under an hour from this city including Saddleback College and Soka University of America.
